– Work cross-functionally to resolve known data quality problems in our CRM to support key business functions such as sales operations, customer support and business intelligence.
– Clean and enrich data using internal data upload tools.
– Analyze data and identify patterns and trends causing data issues.
– Create documentation around data management based on changing business definitions processes and keep existing documents up to date on a monthly basis.
– Build dashboards and reports using internal tools to track key business metrics and internal data quality team metrics.
– Work on strategic projects to improve overall data quality in our CRM

Menguasai Microsoft Windows, Google spreadsheets & Excel is a must
Kualifikasi :

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, prefered System Information
– Have ability in data analytics
– Advanced Google SpreadsheetsMicrosoft Excel skills
– Ability to follow a detailed set of instructions and rule sets
– Fast learner
– Able to work both as a team or independently
– Familiarity with Salesforce
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
