Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Manage the full fulfillment cycle from order to delivery for all home delivery orders working with our Warehouse teams, carriers and ensure deliveries are managed seamlessly
– Customer contacts through all mediums will be managed whether by phone, chat, WhatsApp, social media and through marketplace chat
– The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure that our customers (who purchase through a direct channel or situs web channel) receive an exceptional customer experience (received orders in the most efficient and prompt manner)
– Oversee e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment Work with internal fulfillment team to track perkara and solve issues
– Assist in ideating and implementing new processes to prevent issues and improve operations. Identify operational problems, project-related issues, changes, variances and contingencies that may arise; facilitate perkara resolution with appropriate parties
– Work closely with internal & external partners, including warehouses & 3PL companies, to streamline communication and drive process and quality. Serve as an advocate for the customer experience from time of project ideation to post-sale engagement
– Liaise with customer service teams to proactively approach projects pre and post fulfillment, insuring they have the latest details to work from to provide exemplary customer experiences
– Oversee B2B and Social commerce sales
Keahlian :
– Have solid knowledge in e-commerce frameworks
– High attention to detail, with a process-driven and solution-oriented

– Male/Female
– Age 24 – 32 Years Old
– Experience in ecommerce industry is preferred
– Able to speak English and join immediately
