- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology with minimum

2. Production SupervisorJob Description
- Manage and supervise production process and all the tasks of his subordinates to fit the planning, procedures and work standards of the company
- Analys of solving production problem in production process
- Provide guidance to subordinates so that subordinates can improve their abilities and conduct subordinate performance appraisal

- Build and maintain relationships with customer
- Ensure the Order & Delivery process (from & to) Customers according to planning
- Handle and improve administrative processes in sales (IC / Delivery orders and schedules)

- Supervise the maintenance of equipment and machinery to release the production process, reduce equipment and machine stops, maintain quality consistency and extend the life of equipment and machinery.

- Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product
- Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
- Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers
- Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
- Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
