Management Trainee Program (MTP) – Wood Product
Development program specifically designed for preparing highly potential candidates as visionary leaders in the near future. Dharma Satya Nusantara with its Management Trainee Program is currently looking for:
- Male, single, age not more than 30 years old
- Bachelor/ Master Degree from Engineering. Minimum GPA 3.00.
- Fresh graduate or professional with less than 3 years experience.
- Fast learner, proactive, strong logical and analytical thinking.
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Highly motivated, top performing individual with has good leadership, communication and innovation.
- Willing to be placed in Temanggung – Central Java
Successful candidates will be trained in and equipped with leadership as well as various business aspects, and will be assigned in various departments before being placed in a certain position. Job Requirement:
- Analyze market strategies, business potential, financial aspects & evaluate options
- Examine risks and potentials; estimate partners’ needs and goals.
- Propose potential business by contacting potential partners; and explore opportunities.
- Prepare the feasibility study, strategic planning, business planning
- Prepare information about Company Performance in order to make a report to Management Team
- Undertake special projects
Job Specification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Industrial Engineering, Math, Science, Economic & Management
- Minimum 3 year’s experiences of business development related area.
- Advanced skill in analyze data.
- Proficient with MS Office products.
- Fluency speaking, reading, and writing both in English
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality data & document.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
