Job Vacancy Sr. Well Intervention & Integrity Engineer
Job Purpose:Perform detailed well intervention and integrity design, planning and programming activities and ensure that safety and reliability are absolute priorities and adhering to Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited and its affiliates’ HSE standard & policy, quality requirements, industry practices and Government regulations
Main Responsibility:

  • 1. Provide well intervention acara. Ensure the acara capture past lesson learnt for improvement on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • 2. Deliver well intervention & integrity operations safely and as per planned. Ensure reliable tools are utilized for the operation thru coordination with QA/QC team.
  • 3. Coordinate with field operation and office engineering team to ensure the approved acara is executed, and any deviation or changed to the original plan is reviewed and agreed.
  • 4. Engage with BMT (Base Management Team) to identify well candidates and develop suitable well intervention and integrity scope of works and technology. Liase with SKKMIGAS for progress update and coordination.
  • 5. Review well intervention & integrity reports and well history, ensuring it is detailed and accurate.
  • 6. Monitor and review Saka well intervention performance and issue technical reports accordingly.
  • 7. Provide risk assessment of well intervention acara. Develop mitigation, contingency, and optimization plan.
  • 8. Evaluate and recommend modifications of operational procedures for continuous improvement in safety, quality and efficiency.
  • 9. Provide the “Well Integrity Management System” during the lifecycle of the wells with assistance from Well Intervention Team Lead
  • 10. Develop monitoring and testing plans related to all wells and ensure relevant and quality up to date data are gathered.
  • 11. Define the integrity status for all wells during operational phase and develop prioritized remedial plans.
  • 12. Develop technical support to the sites and the Drilling & WI Department regarding well integrity issues.
  • 13. Follow up the execution of remedial actions to ensure the integrity compliance of all wells.

Requirements:

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineer, preferably Master Degree in Engineering
  • 2. Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience
  • 3. Preferable with experience in upstream oil & gas industry
  • 4. Good teamwork, communication, analytical thinking, drive execution, and interpersonal skills
  • 5. Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams

Job Vacancy Sr. Commercial Analyst – Business DevelopmentJob Purpose:

  • Perform economic analysis and evaluation for SIPL and its affiliates’ plan and business development analysis, which includes economic & business evaluation (economics, risk and competitive analysis) for multiple scenarios, to support screening, farm-ins/farm-outs, acquisition and/or divestment opportunities recommendation

Main Responsibility:

  • 1. Perform and provide analysis of economic & business evaluation (economics, risk, & competitive analysis) for Commercial recommendations for SIPL & its affiliates’ Assets activities and strategy & plan
  • 2. Perform the economic & business evaluation (including risk analysis for multiple scenarios) for New Access opportunities, farm-ins/farm-outs, divestment for opportunities in order to build a strong portfolio of assets for SIPL & its affiliates
  • 3. Maintain and update Economic Evaluation Model for Economic & Business Evaluation for the Commercial team and provide analysis to new opportunities/projects
  • 4. Participate in the gathering of data & information needed for Commercial aspects in Due Diligence (DD) activities and data room visit/opening for Acquisition & Divestment (A&D) opportunities
  • 5. Support and participate in A&D negotiations and transactions through the delivery of economic, financial and risk analysis and manage the commercial aspects of Due Diligence (DD) and data room activities
  • 6. Support the establishment and implementation of the commercial strategy & plan/acara and also develop commercial policies and procedures for Commercial business process related to SIPL and its affiliates’ business development activities

Requirements:

  • 1. Bachelor Degree in Finance / Business Administration / Management / Engineering
  • 2. Minimum 8 year relevant experience in oil & gas or similar experience in Commercial and/or Strategy Planning and Economics in other Industry
  • 3. Strong analyticalskill and ability to have good networking with Stakeholder
  • 4. Systematic and disciplined approach to masalah-solving
  • 5. Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams
  • 6. Proficient in written and spoken English.
