Job RequirementsMinimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate from any major.Minimum 5 years experiences in HR Leadership function.Good knowledge in HR functions : employment law, compensation, organizational rencana, recruitment and employee relations.Have good communication & interpersonal skill.Have good analytical thinking.Able to work independently and in a team.Experience in handling HRGA Site Operations for construction projects would be beneficial.Willing to be located at North Kalimantan Site (roster based).

PAYROLL OFFICER (MANDARIN SPEAKER)
Job RequirementsBachelor of Engineering / Management / Accounting with min. GPA 3,00.Minimum 2 years of experiences as Payroll Supervisor or similar position in Payroll Operations.Mandarin Speaking ability is a must.Strong capabilities in Remuneration Management, Office Administration, and Tax Regulation.Having experience in liaise with BPJS, Banks/Financial Institution & Regional Tax Office.Able to work independently and in a team.
