Marketing Engineer Officer (General Construction)PT Angkasa Pura Properti
Requirements:
– Min process Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Architect, Mechanical Electrical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Marketing, Business Administration, Management– At least 2 years of working experience in the same field– Have relevant certification (preferred)– Understand the flow of business process construction and property business– Understand product knowledge deeply– Good in communication both bahasa and english– Strong analytical, innovative approach and high resilience– Passionate in marketing, build relationships and an achiever– Permanent Status, placement in head office Jakarta– Will be reporting to Marketing Construction Manager

Estimator Officer

Job Description :

  • Responsible for estimating the strength of the construction and for calculating the cost of a project.
  • Choose tools and materials according to the type of project work.
  • Looking for information on the price of materials, tools and wages of workers.
  • Determine the unit price of materials, tools and wages of workers.
  • Make a unit price analysis.
  • Make RAB, RAP, job margin, create S curve and Time schedule.
  • Making offer letters or other documents for tender purposes
  • Calculate the calculation of the project anggaran and make a calculation of the progress of a job ( materials, tools, list of jobs, volume, wage analysis).


Requirement:

  • Minimum graduation from Bachelor Degree is required, preferably in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the related field.
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Project is a must.
  • Ability to operate Autocad and Sketchup is a must.
  • Have good communication, field analysis, and rencana skills.


English Trainer (Project Based)
Job Description

  • English Trainer Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in teaching or relevant field
  • Experienced in teaching corporate classes / teaching employee
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in relevant field
  • Excellent English proficiency and able to communicate well in English, both spoken and written
  • Good people management skills and pembinaan


Job Description:

  • Develop and enrich employee english skills
  • Teaching reading and comprehension skills
  • Teaching writing skills, including grammar
  • Teaching speaking, oral presentation and communication skills
  • Work time: 2 days a week


People and Organization Development
Job Responsbility : 

  • Perform the design process of Job Profile in head office and area
  • Perform the design process of Competency Dictionary  
  • Perform the design process of Organizational Structure and Roles
  • Ensure the updated database and documentation of Organization design, Job analysis & evaluation and Performance management
  • Able to create and evaluate Performance Appraisal 
  • Compiling KPI, Workload Analysis
  • Perform the design process of job analysis / description by maintaining job grading for all position
  • Able to identify competency/pelatihan needs (TNA)
  • Able to compose pembinaan modules & schedules
  • Able to evaluate pembinaan results
  • Able to create and maintenance HCMS 


Job Qualification : 

  • Bachelor degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management, industrial engineering, System Information
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an People and organizational development specialist in a related industry
  • Fluent in English

  • Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


HSE Internship
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Melakukan kenali ancaman & penilaian risiko pekerja.
  • Kumpulkan dan rekap semua laporan HSE.
  • Membuat acara/jadwal kerja HSE.
  • Menyusun laporan kecelakaan kerja dan pemeriksaan.
  • Rekap inventaris perlengkapan.
  • Membantu dalam mengupdate peraturan dan kebijakan Pemerintah ihwal K3L
  • Membantu dalam memberikan pembinaan induksi K3l terhadap karyawan perusahaan dan kontraktor


Kualifikasi:

  • Fresh graduate atau semester final pendidikan diploma/ sarjana Teknik Lingkungan, Kesehatan Lingkungan, Kesehatan Masyarakat, Terkait K3.
  • Memiliki Keterampilan Excel Tingkat Lanjut.
  • Masa magang sekurang-kurangnya6 bulan.
  • Lokasi kerja di Jakarta Pusat, Kemayoran.
