Dealer Development Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop & implement Dealer Development strategy for network expansion in IndonesiaIdentify new potential areas for future sales growth & ensure best market penetrationBuild comprehensive study of dealership economics & business modelsDrive the scouting & feasibility study of potential new dealer partners to join the businessMonitor all aspects of network facility & corporate identity (CI) development projectsContinuous improvement of dealership guidance, standardization, and manualsMonitoring and benchmarking of competitors network & retail strategieManage dealership agreements and other documents related to network establishmentLead dealership conference, coordination, and performance improvement and recognitionActive contribution to development of all network-related touch points

Responsibilities:

Job Description
Handling Import and Export Custom Clearance process to Make sure import/export process meet with government regulation;Monitor the shipment to meet requested arrival;Calculate and make forecast for import tax;Coordinate with shipping line, forwarders and trucking to arrange shipments;Coordinate with shipper to make sure commodity, document etc. HS code is meet import export policy and laws;Checking and controlling vendor invoice;Communicating with the Ministry of Finance (customs), the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Industry related to import export activity.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field;At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;Understand well of import-export procedures;Familiar with PIB, PEB, Form D,;Have experience handling spare parts and motorcycle will be an advantage;Having a certificate in Customs Clearance Procedure (Ahli Kepabeanan) will be preferred;Have the ability to speak English both verbally and writing;Knowledge of online export/import reporting procedures & systemsRequired Skill(s): shipment management, export and import policy & law, and customs regulations
