PT Advanced Offshore Services are currently hiring for Secretary / Office Admin Staff. As part of business expansion for a well established company situated in South Jakarta, providing services to the Oil and Gas sectors, is seeking qualified professionals to fill in position as Secretary / Office Administrator.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Helping Manager to manage the day-to-day operations by answering phones, sending emails, organizing meetings
– Data entry and running errands.
Keahlian :
· Excellent with MS Office; internet and computer skill
· English Written and Spoken
· Good personality with strong interpersonal communication skills
· Having an EXCELLENT command in the English language (Oral & Writing)
Kualifikasi :
· Female, Graduated S1 / D3, from reputable University/College and/or Management or secretarial academy
· Self-discipline and a quick learner
· Able to establishes and maintains a correspondence filing system.
· Driven, Honest, Committed, Responsible, Multi-task, hardworking
· Salary is negotiable depending on experience
· Able to commence employment on short notice is preferred.
· 1-2 years experience in similar capacity is preferred but Fresh Graduate are accepted
