Human Resources Administrator – Management Regular Program (Placement: Makassar)

Responsibilities

  • Managing database employees are encouraged within the scope of a particular operating region
  • Managing employee health insurance within the scope of a particular operating region
  • Managing payroll and cash & benefits within the scope of a particular operating region
  • Carry out the duties and responsibilities based WI (Work Instructions) and Job Description provided by positions held
  • Manage the administration of Performance Appraisal
  • Managing employee leave administration
  • Execute instructions and tasks that support the company’s performance from the boss

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree S1 Psychology or Management with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Graduates from state universities / leading
  • Male, Age not more than 26 years
  • Fresh Graduate, or work experience less than 1 year
  • TOEFL / TOEFL Prediction Score at least 450
  • Understand the structure and performance of human resources
  • Neatness, Communicative & Hard Work precedence
