University Degree required in quantitative discipline ideally degree in Production operations, supply chain, statistical analysis, or engineering. 10 to 15 years of supply chain planning experience in Goodyear or other industry in functions such as demand management, product sourcing, business analysis, manufacturing production supply, raw material planning or other related discipline. Excellent hands on product supply planning experience in a multiple plant manufacturing environment. Has knowledge of Goodyear Ground products and manufacturing environment. Good working knowledge of SOP Class A processes. Excellent Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Understanding of IT infrastructure issues for region wide supply planning.
