by SOUVIA (PT Gema Mulia Semesta) is a company providing Promotional Souvenirs and Seminar Kit No. 1 in Indonesia, currently hiring for Vendor Management Strategist (Pre-Purchase) jobs, we are looking for someone who is skilled and passionate in this field and can work with our team.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Running pre-purchase activity including product price calculation, production planning, product development etc. together with related divisions.
2. Plan production activity to meet service level agreement including time, price and quality.
3. Support sales division to give service & product to customers.
4. Collaborate with partner & supplier to fulfill purchase order.
5. Evaluate & improve pre-purchase activity to support revenue achievement.
6. Keep up with product knowledge in the souvenirs industry in category sewing, factory and printing products.
Keahlian :
1. Product price calculation, product planning, product development, leadership
2. Understand basic production management and vendor management
3. Proficiency in all Ms. Office applications and Spreadsheet
4. Understanding production management, vendor management, and for position Pre Purchase has product knowledge of printed and factory products
Kualifikasi :
1. Female/ Male
2. Proven minimum 1-2 years of experience in printing graphics industry, convection or garment industry, bag industry, and/or fashion merchandising.
3. Candidate must be around age 25 until 30 years
4. Diploma/Undergraduate degree preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Management, Fashion Merchandising, Printing Graphic, and other equivalent majors
5. Strong leadership and analytical thinking in perkara solving
6. Good communication, attention to detail, result oriented, assertive, and able to work under pressure, deadlines, and targets.

Senin – Jumat, 08.00 – 16.30 WIB / Sabtu, 08.00 – 12.00 WIB
