Synergy Academy is a professional online education courses provider for the most highly demanded professions in the field of IT and Digital. We held certificated online courses for various studies, such as marketplace manager, Internet marketer, Android developer, SEO specialist, Front-end developer, copywriter, C # developer, product analyst, project manager and others.

This function will be reporting to Chief Operation Officer (COO) and will be based in Jakarta office.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Corporate Outreach, Relationship Management, and Sales
•Create business development strategies; identify roadblocks and drive new business from conception through closure.
•Research, locate, define and sasaran key business prospects.
•Work with customers to provide feedback to development teams for new content and products.
•Establish and nurture relationships that fill the business pipeline with prospective partners and customers.
•Negotiate new partnerships and business alliances
•Able to present ideas of our B2B product to the prospected customer
•Sell corporate learning packages according to the Client’s needs and ensure the contracts are signed and billed.
•Maintain relationship with corporate PIC’s and deeply understand the Client’s needs and objectives.
•Building local and regional databases of corporates interested in education data science and building a team.
•Research on the current data utilization demam isu of the sasaran corporations.
Project Management
•Prioritize projects and issues to ensure critical items are identified and worked as a priority to meet deliverables.
•Plan, organize and execute corporate learning projects, and coordinate cross-functional resources when needed to get tasks done.
Internal Collaboration
•Plan and execute Synergy activities across Indonesia with the Marketing and Operations team.
•Partner with Operations and Marketing departments to develop and create a successful jadwal in partnership, mentorship, and events.

•Fluency in English.
•Strong network in Education Industry and Government related.
•Creativity and ingenuity in developing successful sales strategies
•High integrity, strong in multitasking, communications, good perkara solving (critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking), time management, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently or within a team.
•Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills.
•Demonstrated project management, time management, and organizational skills.
•Initiative and attention to detail.
•Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

Kualifikasi :

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field and/or minimum 1-2 years in B2B experience in Edutech Industry.
•Proactive, flexible, and willing to take on any project and deliver on time, large or small.
•Strong interest in the discourse around education technology, startups.
