Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Installation and setup software, hardware, and network for users
– Restore lost data or file in share drive when required
– Investigate root cause of issue and provide trouble-shooting
– Manage and setup role, login, and permission for local users in application systems and domain server
– Identify test plan before system upgrade
– Testing of new patch or kesibukan before installation
– Coordinate to correspond team to upgrade new patch or rollout of new system
– Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
Keahlian :
– Good working knowledge of English (read, write, speak with ease)
Kualifikasi :
– Male
– Minimum 2 years experienced in IT functions
– Degree in computer science, IT or similar
– Practical experience installing and maintaining systems is recommended
Waktu Bekerja :
07.00-16.00 (Monday – Friday)
