Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Create and release As Built Drawings after construction complete with approval by Studio Head
– Committed until the project done
– Checking between volumes in BOQ on Forcon drawings from clients
– Create and release Shop Drawings follow up Project Manager’s schedule with approval Studio Head
– Go to site supervision to compairing shop drawings with actual construction on the periodically (min 1 per week)
– Coordination with the Project Manager about design issues that arise during the construction process
– Report to Project Manager and Studio Head for any updates after periodically supervision
Keahlian :
– Able to operate Autocad / Apps according to profession
– Able to operate 3D Sketchup
– Good knowledge of softscape and hardscape
– Able to operate Ms office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Able to presentation well to clients
– Able to make Sketch / Freehand
Kualifikasi :
– Female/ Male
– Bachelor’s degree in a related major such as Landscape / Architecture / Civil / MEP
– Having specialized pembinaan in SKA (preferred)
– Experience as an SPV Architect Project or similar jobdesk (min 3 Tahun)
