We are hiring for Network Data Administrator to ensure the stable operation of the computer networks.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
•Work in close liaison with teams across multiple departments (Digital Strategy, Operations Maintenance and Management [OMM], IT, Marketing and Marcomms) to assist with the day-to-day administration of all GRIDSERVE’s digital location-based data, systems and processes
•Manage the onboarding of all new GRIDSERVE electric vehicle charging location and systems data onto internal and external platforms, providing accurate data sourcing and maintain consistency across all areas
•Use your highly focused attention to rincian to ensure data consistency across multiple internal and external systems through daily, weekly, and monthly data checking – along with reporting misalignments and resolving issues, both internally and with external suppliers
•Troubleshoot a variety of location data issues to ensure consistency and accuracy of all location (POI and EVSE) data across all GRIDSERVE internal systems and multiple third-party systems and applications
•Work with the Product Manager to contribute to the design and functional development of GRIDSERVE’s internal network/location management software platform, including testing, bug reporting and documentation of new feature requests
•Assist with the development of network process documentation, SOPs and business process improvements
•Assist with the development of GRIDSERVE’s overall digital network architecture to enable the proliferation of GRIDSERVE location, POI and EVSE data onto multiple digital platforms, OEMs, mapping systems, NSPs, data aggregation and location specific social platforms
•Assist, wherever necessary with the management of and commercial development of third-party relationships with MSPs, NSPs, data aggregators and eMSPs
•Work closely with the customer engagement team to support customer enquiries and respond to all digital network-based issues and queries
•IT Skills required: a good level of IT literacy is required, the successful candidate will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. A highly developed skill level with MS Excel would be highly advantageous.

Kualifikasi :
•Bachelor’s degree level and above
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data administration role
