Production Engineering Supervisor Before November 12nd, 2012 (Subject: PRE-Painting SPV) Responsibilities:
- Capacity increase and new model launch preparation
- Set up new procedure ad its preparation for new process
- Grasping paint quality on vehicle
- Analysis of abnormal factor
- Technical support to abnormal condition
- Capacity of each process
- KAIZEN activities (quality improvement, reduction of direct materials, man hours)
- Analysis of chronic quality problem and its countermeasure
- Finding cost reduction item and suggestion for implementation of Kaizen
- Paint shop process line equipment and facility confirmation
- Analysis problem of down time equipment and its countermeasure cooperate with Maintenance section
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree major in Engineering from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Has more than 2 years experience in automotive industry.
- Male, Age 25-35 years old.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Has good knowledge about Painting.
- Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective.
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill & able to work as team.
- Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, willing to travel, hard working, and has big interest in automotive
Corporate Planning Staff Before November 15th, 2012 (Subject: CP)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to Profit/Loss for all models vehicle
- Controlling and reporting contribution margin for all models vehicle
- Providing Price Approval for upcoming, refreshment, and export models
- Maintaining all model vehicle price list for Acc & Sales Dept
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree major in Accounting from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.50 out of 4.00.
- Male / Female, Single, Age 23-26 years old.
- Has 1 year experience in related fields would be an advantage (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill & able to work as team.
- Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure with tight deadline, available work overtime, and has big interest in automotive.
Engineer Staff Before November 12nd, 2012 (Subject: Engineer Staff) Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering with GPA min 2.75 out of 4.00.
- Preferably have min 1 year experience in manufacturing (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
- Male / Female, 22-30 years old.
- Willing to be placed in Purwakarta.
- Understand automotive parts and can read technical drawing.
- Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
- Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure.
Quality Assurance Purchasing Staff
Before November 15th, 2012 (Subject: QA-Purch)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audit activity to supplier (Quality Management System Audit, Process and Product Audit)
- Making audit report and improvement activity plan
- Conduct follow up activity against activity plan
- Evaluate supplier performance by issuing monthly report
- Evaluate supplier at the sourcing phase from quality view
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree major in Engineering from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Has more than 2 years experience in automotive industry.
- Male, Age 25-30 years old.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Basically understand process knowledge of stamping press.
- Familiar with Quality specification in stamping process.
- High capability to do problem solving and countermeasure.
- Understand about basic Dies structure and press mechanism.
- Very familiar with ISO/TS 16949.
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill & able to work as team.
- Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, willing to travel, hard working, and has big interest in automotive.
