Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Control the preparation of production plan based on project timeline (timing and qty) to match with internal customer and customer demand
– Control the order and forecast for the new project to avoid delay supply due miss capacity planning
– Review the BOM for the new project item
– Control the procurement of new item to avoid delay production (time and qty)
– Running and Operating the material requirement planning
– Control the supply to avoid any delay to production and customer and make countermeasure for any gap
– Analyse historical data of product dispatch
– Forecasting of all materials for procurement
– Reviewing forecasts of all RM and FG items
– Monitoring of all inventory during production process
– Perform all work according to work orders
– Support warehouse administrative activates (e.g report, incoming, outgoing, and stock control)
– Perform administrative and general office duties including daily documentation, receipt & filing
– Monitor movement of stock daily
Keahlian :
– Microsoft Office
– Planning Production
– Have knowledge of assembling, pengemasan & delivery to customer
– Understand about the BOM (Bill of Material) of Products
– Understand about Production Planning and Capacity Planning
Kualifikasi :
– Male
– At least Senior high School
– 2-3 years experience PPIC at Manufacture Industry
Waktu Bekerja :
Jam 07.00-16.00 (Monday – Friday)
