Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Processes and interviews prospective employees.
Determines appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsibilities and supports administration of pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing.
Partners with Branch Manager to understand and anticipate recruiting needs to ensure appropriate applicant flow.
Ensures that performance of the Recruiters are on track.
Designing and administering pembinaan programs.
Providing expertise in development design.
Identifying pembinaan needs and providing recommendations on programs and activities.
Conducting staff training.
Maintaining records and providing participants with feedback.
Delivering pembinaan programs.

Kualifikasi :
Must have a Bachelor degree coupled with 3 (three) years of Recruiting & Training experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Must have progressive full-cycle recruiting & pembinaan experience.
Working knowledge of employment laws, specifically impacting the recruitment and selection.
Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and pembinaan methodologies
Strong teamwork abilities.
In-depth knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
